During my longer term business trip, I was amazed by finding a hotel of this quality in the area. the lakeside Chinese restaurant offered a stunning view while enjoying the tasty food. the luxurious room and bathroom were well, maintained and cleaned daily by friendly staff. the breakfast was top, notch with a variety of options to choose from. the well, equipped gym and the beautiful garden were added advantages.

Some guests lacked respect for others by smoking inside the hotel. It could have been unpleasant for non, smokers like me and probably for the hardworking hotel staff.

The view from the room was splendid, complete with great lighting and a charming surrounding. the place is located near the city center and provided easy access to popular locations. Plus, the hotel facilities met my expectations, with the right amount of space I needed and all the amenities to make my stay comfortable.

I had difficulties conversing with the hotel staff. Their English proficiency was significantly poor, and communication barriers were a constant problem.

Friendly staff, comfortable room, beautiful lake view, close proximity to attractions.

This hotel was an unexpected gem. The staff at the front desk and restaurant were amazing, always being incredibly helpful and going above and beyond to provide great service. The hotel was very clean and had lovely facilities, especially the ones by the lakeside which provided a stunning view. The breakfast was also a great value for the price and the Chinese restaurant had delicious food.

Didn't dislike anything about the property.

the luxurious amenities provided here were exceptional, and we felt rejuvenated after our stay. the staff were outstanding, providing exceptional service. They were always available to help us, whether it was providing in-room breakfast or arranging private facilities. the restaurant and bar area were perfect places to relax after a day of adventure.

The only minor issue we encountered was with the Spa & wellness centre. Although the spa lounge and services provided were excellent, it was not open 24 hours.
